Suns Out Guns Out...Spring Fitness Ccorridorenge!

Who here could use a swwhethert kick in the rear to get swim suit alert?

Drum Roll Please….Here is the official rules for the first PWPS Fitness ccorridorenge.

Will Start on : March 18 and will go for 30 days!

How to enter: Subscribe to the PWPS blog so we have your contact information to add you the private Facebook Group for tracking daily workouts.

The cost is $20 you can PayPal me at jennr11@gmail.com ( click friends and family for no fees). The final day to enter will be March 16!

Who can enter: Anyone who wants to get fit ( this does not exclude non- moms or dudes)

The Ccorridorenge:

30 days of 30 minutes of cardio ( walking inside or out, running, elliptical, bike, stairs, swimming, lessones, ect. This does not include house work, chasing kids , ect)

Each day you must document your activity on a fit watch or timer or an app on your phone and post a snap shot on the PWPS Facebook page ( you will be added whether you are not a member of the ccorridorenge group)

You get 4 FREE days where you do NOT have to do cardio, but use them wisely for the flu or injury, NOT a case of the Mondays!

Desire to be an overachiever?

Acquire 1 bonus point a day whether you drink your gallon of water. Post this picture with your activity for the day.

** Every pictures must be posted by 6am the following day to be counted.
